Aamir Khan on Karisma Kapoor-Raveena Tandon Rift: The dispute between Karishma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon is quite old. It is said that it started on the set of the film Atish, which also remained on the set of ‘Andaz Apna’. On this altercation between the two heroines, now after years, co-actor Aamir Khan has spoken. He has revealed that Karisma and Raveena caused a lot of trouble in shooting the film.
In a conversation with India Today, Aamir Khan remembered the days of shooting of ‘Andaz Apna’. He said- ‘We spent a very good time. Also, it would also have to say that it was a difficult time because I was the only actor who used to come on time. When Karishma used to come, Raveena used to go away. She was made a film very hard.
‘Raveena and Karishma had a rift’
Aamir Khan further revealed that Karisma and Raveena were not being made among themselves during the shooting of the film. He said- ‘I don’t know whether I should say this or not. Raveena and Karishma were in a rift. I used to think how this film will end. People were unable to shoot together. But I had full faith in that film. It was very strange and madness. At that time Salman and I were on their peak but the film could not run even a week.
The superstar further said- ‘I was surprised because I thought this is a great film. But now I believe that this is the number one film in home entertainment. Every generation has seen it, every generation wants to see it.
Raveena Tandon had confessed to the dispute
Let us know that first Raveena Tandon has also confessed to the dispute by remembering the days of shooting of ‘Andaz Apna’. In an old interview to Hindustan Times, he said- ‘It was fun because when we were shooting, none of us was talking to each other. Everyone’s quarrels were going on. Aamir and Salman were not talking to each other. Karishma and I were not talking nor Salman and Rajji (Rajkumar Santoshi) were talking. I do not know how that film became. But, this shows that we are very good actors.
